Customer-facing automation. Scripted and Autonomous draw from the same pool of AI Agent units (both are the same SKU) — fractional usage from each is combined before rounding up, so leftover capacity in one tier isn't wasted by rounding the other up separately.

Voice minutes = avg calls/month × avg minutes/call. A digital session = up to 10 messages.
Fractional unit consumption for a tier = the greater of (voice minutes ÷ voice capacity) and (digital sessions ÷ digital capacity) —
each unit covers both dimensions simultaneously, so voice and digital usage share the same unit rather than needing separate units.
Scripted and Autonomous are the same AI Agent SKU, so their fractional consumption is summed before rounding up —
e.g. 0.3 Scripted + 0.3 Autonomous = 1 unit, not 2. AI Assistant is a separate SKU and is rounded independently.
